Rates reported in this website are in U.S. dollars they can change without notice.
All programs include the services specified in the unexpected that hotels have chosen not available, passengers will be referred to a similar category of hotels, tours, transfers, meals, entrance fees, guide services, air transport, maritime transport, inland waterway, among others. If not specified shall be applied to your sales executive to pay the corresponding value.
Services are generally not included:
• Obtaining visas.
• Personal Insurance.
• Airport taxes, security and fuel.
• Telephone calls, laundry and ironing.
Cancellations and Refunds
With respect to any return or service voluntarily abandoned or unused by the passenger, they incur fees whose amounts depend on the cancellation policies of each provider. Kipaventour Patagonie apply a limited amount of 10% of total sales for administrative costs for cancellations after the deadline. (Deadlines are set for each service confirmation)
All claims must be handled by writing Kipaventour Patagonie Limited enclosing all necessary documentation of services not used within a period of 15 days of their return trip. Limited Kipaventour Patagonie not make refunds if the trip once the passenger change without our knowledge or its contract schedule, this change is an absolute responsibility of the customer. Arrears and non-presentation at the airport or hotels, are not considered presentation (not show) and the payment made by the program will not be refunded in whole or in part.
